AM Permanent Makeup & Med Spa is primarily a service business. This policy applies to gift cards and retail products purchased through our website.

1. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it. If your gift card has not arrived, contact us and we will help.

2. Retail Products

• We currently ship retail products within the United States.
• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Murphy studio: 208 FM 544, Murphy, TX 75094. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
