Thank you for trusting us with your Meso skin treatment. Simple care in the first days helps your skin recover and glow.

First 24–48 hours

• Redness, small bumps and mild swelling are normal and usually settle within 1–2 days.
• Do not touch the treated skin, and avoid makeup for at least 24 hours.
• Wash gently with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser, and pat dry.
• Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, hot tubs and alcohol for 24 hours.

Days 3–10

• Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and sunscreen every day.
• Mild dryness or light flaking can happen; keep the skin hydrated.

What to avoid

• Retinol, acids and exfoliants for 3–5 days
• Direct sun and tanning while your skin recovers
• Facials, peels or laser for 2 weeks unless we say otherwise

When to call us

• Redness, swelling or pain that gets worse after day 2
• Pus, heat, or fever
• Any sign of an allergic reaction
